Tuesday June 16 at 2pm Artist Danny Gordon teaches children to effectively use shapes and lines to make drawing fun and easy.
Wednesday June 17 at 2pm "Urban Art" Join artist Saxon Rhea in creating a unique piece of art with spray paint. The program will be outdoors and participants will need to wear masks. Wear old clothes. Supplies included. Space is limited to the first 25 teens who register at the library or call (405) 275-6353.
Thursday June 18 at 2pm "Talking Fingers" Using Peruvian Finger Puppets, Barbara takes children on a journey through the land of make believe.
Friday June 19 at 10:30am "Book Buzz Brunch Bunch" Join the fun to talk about what you are reading and hear about what others are reading - you might just find your next great read!? Light refreshments will be served.? No registration required.
Saturday June 20 at 2pm "Gamers Wanted!" Rock it, bat it, putt it... but bring it! Let the games begin. Join us for an afternoon of fun playing Wii and Playstation.? Ages 12 to 19 only.
Monday June 22 at 2pm "Movie & Discussion" Come watch the story of a once in a lifetime forbidden love discovered when grown children read thier mother's journal after her passing. Discussion will follow after the movie. Adults 18 and over only please.
Tuesday June 23 at 2pm "Cello Tunes & Tales" Erin Yeaman and her cello partner to tell stories and transport listeners. This is storytelling with the most unusual sound effects- don't miss it!
Wednesday June 24 at 2pm "Steppin' Out in Style" Design and refine your own Mosaic stepping stone. Ages 12 to 19 only. Space is limited. Registration is required by visiting the library or calling (405) 275-6353.
Thursday June 25 at 2pm "Mary Poppins: Interactive Film Expereince" During the showing of the movie, the audience will sing along, dance along, and use fun props.
Monday June 29 at 7pm "Fit to be Read" Come discover your next great read!! Monday June 29 at 7pm Cindy Stevens will share some of her favorite authors, discuss their styles, some of the books they have written and off read-a-likes.
Tuesday June 30 at 2pm "Imagine, Create, and Participate!" Kids will be able to make and take several craft projects.
